Women change of body shape after giving birth.

Good day readers based on some of my research most women have their body weight and size increase after giving birth. Some are after the first baby, while some are after the second, third, fourth and so on. What is the reason for this? this mostly occurs during pregnancy stage during this time your body undergoes a lot of changes.

Here are some of the things that might occur

Your body goes through many changes during pregnancy and labor, and you may experience:

Its worthy to note that some of this may be permanent or temporary. Your body took nine months to configure itself and prepare itself for the beautiful baby you have now. There are ways to recover emotionally, physically and mentally.

BE KIND TO YOUR SELF, HAVE SOME PATIENCE WITH YOUR BODY
In the media you may be seeing post baby pictures of celebrities and friends as perfect as if nothing had happened. My dear don't be in a rush to get your body shape back if it did not do so itself. It might do you more haram than good. Do not compare your self to person a or b. The social media can be a place of deceit. Take caution do not be deceived some of them have other stuffs the do to keep them in shape. Which might be quite expensive so my dear reader kindly eat well, rest and exercise regularly.

Your weight after pregnancy

You will, of course, gain weight during pregnancy as your baby grows. But it is important for your long-term health to return to a healthy weight after pregnancy.

If you were overweight before you got pregnant and you would like to lose weight, talk with your doctor or see a dietitian. If you feel you're losing too much weight, it's also a good idea to talk with your doctor.

Eat well and regularly

Return to Regular exercise

Thank you all
