Good day readers based on some of my research most women have their body weight and size increase after giving birth. Some are after the first baby, while some are after the second, third, fourth and so on. What is the reason for this? this mostly occurs during pregnancy stage during this time your body undergoes a lot of changes.
Here are some of the things that might occur
Your body goes through many changes during pregnancy and labor, and you may experience:
- weight gain
- loose skin and saggy stomach muscles
- stretch marks on your stomach, breasts, hips or thighs
- varicose veins in your legs
- episiotomy or caesarean scars
- changes in breast size
- changes in the size and colour of your nipples
- changes to your hair or hair loss due to changing hormone levels
Your weight after pregnancy
You will, of course, gain weight during pregnancy as your baby grows. But it is important for your long-term health to return to a healthy weight after pregnancy.
If you were overweight before you got pregnant and you would like to lose weight, talk with your doctor or see a dietitian. If you feel you're losing too much weight, it's also a good idea to talk with your doctor.
Eat well and regularly
Return to Regular exercise
Thank you all
